The SPEEDS student survey was designed to gauge students’ perspectives on the use of technology. Using Likert scales, students were invited to indicate their experiences of how lecturers use technology in their teaching and learning practice. Four of the participating institutions disseminated the survey, namely UCC, IT Carlow, TCD, and CIT. Responses give an interesting insight into students’ educational experiences and offer useful direction for future planning.
